1. To respect player's[kids] decision
It is seen that some parents and academy teachers ,coaches outside field shout to their kids forcefully as the emperor .That means that their decisions are stolen eliminated, kids playing soccer in the match might be glancing at their parents without confidences .Those kids would be unable to get a lots benefits because they make decisions ,ideas no longer.
SOLTILO coaches always give kids as many optional advices as we can.
Moreover we set time to make some conversations ,communications to sort out problems in training sessions. It really works for kids.

To greet with "Hello" "Hi" which is the easiest communication to know how people feel, and to follow time for everyone, cleaning up the stuff we utilize is for everyone who use them next time.
"Others"means people's emotion, how they feel by what you're going to do.
Therefore we need to anticipate others every single second.
More importantly, doing those things help you to play more conformably, to be caring person who can do "thinking of others"
3. To appreciate
In the beginning and end of SOLTILO lesson , you can see kids and coaches greeting each other in the unique way. It is very important to express the gratitudes for team-mate, coaches ,facilities ,everything involved with us.
We never say your kids have to be soccer players in the futures. People might think that the kids have to be professional soccer players when they start to go soccer school. It would be great, if they were going to be some professions ,experts ,great persons who could work great all over the world. Soccer is just a tool, way to develop and find something important in their life. In addition ,you can experience something you've never seen,done through soccer .
We can confidently say "Soccer shows you a different side of yourself and improve you into an ideal person" .
We always welcome you even you are beginers,non-experienced persons.
Try to motivate all the kids in soccer coaching. Their improvement and small changes through soccer are always amazing.
